	A couple of years after my initial bug report [1], mandoc has finally been modified [2] to be integrated as a system man provider in Gentoo. Thus, we can drop our modified copy from this overlay. 	mandoc uses the 'locale' command in its configuration suite to find out which UTF-8 locale the system uses. On musl systems, 'locale' is missing, so mandoc assumes that no UTF-8 support is available. Force UTF8_LOCALE to C.UTF-8 on musl systems to make mandoc UTF-8 aware.
