This is closer to how upstream configures their official builds, but
will double compile times and increase resource considerably whilst
building. Since builds happen rarely (once every month or so), this
should be acceptable for now.

The lastest unstable version is needed for the most current version of
app-mozilla/firefox
|

The system-* flags are now enabled by default in the ebuild.

The newest Firefox version needs at least harfbuzz-2.4.0, which is still
unstable.

With this change we now build those two applications pretty much exactly
like upstream. Additionally, Firefox will be built with LTO enabled.

The name is now comprised of the full role name along with its order
number. This is more consistent overall, and makes it easier at a glance
to see which role a file is from.
